Working Apart, Together: The Challenges of Co-Work

We are currently conducting an academic project with six co-working spaces in Portugal, which involves a team of 3 scholars and over 150 students aiming to find business opportunities and the right positioning for these companies.

This particular paper, that can be read here, addresses critical issues of the changing workplace environment we live in and discusses the co-working paradox, composed of conflicting relationships between professional colleagues in their workplace and those employed by their employers. It is an excellent contribution to the co-working knowledge building and support for our project.
